Prefiler is a pre-filing compliance intelligence platform developed and operated by Prefiler Labs Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
CIN: U63111DL2026PTC464315
Registered Address: New Delhi, Delhi, India
The platform provides pre-filing intelligence for accounting professionals through a hybrid system combining deterministic rule-based analysis with AI-generated narrative summaries. Services include structured document extraction, transaction classification, risk flag identification, compliance deadline tracking, and client management workflows.
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Prefiler is a decision-support tool for qualified accounting professionals. It is not a substitute for a licensed Chartered Accountant, CPA, tax advisor, or legal counsel.
All outputs — including risk scores, compliance flags, tax estimates, materiality assessments, and narrative summaries — are indicative only and non-binding. They are designed to support, not replace, professional judgment.
The user is solely responsible for all final compliance decisions, filing actions, and regulatory submissions. No output constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Prefiler employs a hybrid intelligence architecture that separates deterministic computation from AI-assisted interpretation:
Uploaded financial documents (PDFs, CSVs) are processed entirely in memory. Raw files are parsed, structured data is extracted, and the original documents are deleted immediately after processing completes. No raw financial document is persisted to long-term storage.
Prefiler uses coordinate-based parsing (not AI guessing) for structural extraction from bank statements, targeting ≥98% accuracy for major Indian and international bank formats.
You agree not to:
Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Prefiler operates on a credit-based system:
One credit = one analysis (including the clarification loop). Re-running an analysis consumes a new credit. Credits are deducted when processing begins and automatically refunded on system failure.
Additional credit packs can be purchased separately. All payments are processed in INR through Razorpay.
All purchases are final and generally non-refundable. As a digital service consumed immediately upon use, refunds are not available for successfully utilised credits.
Refunds may be considered solely at the Company's discretion for:
Requests must be submitted to billing@prefiler.com within 7 days. No refunds for dissatisfaction with analysis quality, unused credits, subscription downgrades, or account closure.
Firm plan subscribers can invite team members with role-based access:
The firm owner (Partner) is responsible for all activity conducted under the firm account.
Output quality depends directly on the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of uploaded data. Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded data is accurate, authorised, and lawfully obtained.
Prefiler's structural extraction targets high accuracy but does not guarantee 100% correct parsing for all bank formats, particularly handwritten entries, scanned documents with poor resolution, or non-standard statement layouts.
You agree to indemnify Prefiler Labs Private Limited from all claims arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, unauthorised data uploads, or third-party claims resulting from reliance on platform outputs.
The deterministic scoring engine, risk matrices, heuristic weight tables, compound-risk escalation rules, materiality algorithms, and all platform software are proprietary to Prefiler Labs Private Limited.
Users retain full ownership of uploaded data. By uploading, you grant a limited, non-exclusive licence to process data solely for delivering the analysis service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or breach of these Terms. Upon termination, sections on liability, indemnification, IP, and governing law survive.
Prefiler shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, infrastructure failures, or third-party service disruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before legal proceedings. Unresolved disputes are submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English in New Delhi.
Material changes are communicated at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Your use of Prefiler is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Data & AI Policy, and Security Overview.
